Everything great apart from I didn’t receive access code to enter hotel until the day after I arrived. Luckily there was a trainee there that let me in otherwise I would be sleeping on the street!!

This was a nice modern small hotel. With lots of extras such at coffee facilities pool spa, free breakfast (although we were too early at 6am) shuttle and so close to shops and food.

The room was large and modern. Nice updated bathroom. Balcony was a home. Hotel staff never was very officious - can’t check in before 4pm with out paying extra. Next morning we were checking out at 10am when others were checking in! Hope they paid for the privilege. The late check in is not helpful for one night stays before a cruise. They did store luggage at no charge though.

Front office staff was not only friendly but went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, as well as making sure that if we did required anything during our stay to just let them know. Everything ( room, laundry room, kiosk and the surrounding areas ) were clean and tidy. Plenty of on-site parking.
