We had an exceptional stay. The hotel is definately a statement and you feel like you are part of a by gone era staying there. My only criticism would be the lack of response to emails and special requests. I phoned and sent emails with specific details and requests and none of these were answered. Entirely delightful experience. Lovely spacious rooms, brilliant hotel driver service, clean and possibly the most consistently nice staff of all hotels I have stayed at. I loved the rooftop pool and its ambience. Honestly - I loved everything and will definitely be recommending to fussy friends.

If you want privacy, great rooms, fine dining and service that over-delivers, then Hotel Bel-Air is your place. This isn't the place if you want somewhere lively, but that's not why people come here. Very tranquil surrounds and atmosphere.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to every detail during our stay. The rooms were luxuriant and the beds were the most comfortable we have been in in any hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We loved staying at Olivia Hotel so much!
