"Clean room, check staff friendly, only valet guy on the night of check in was so cool. The valet on the check out day little after 11 am was nasty, rude shoshing us out of the way!"

"One mark deducted from the ratings for microwave is not universal, you have to rent it which is not very convenient if you need to heat up a pain relief patch or anything."

"They have free breakfast, clean room, spacious siting area, and very helpful staff. You can cook you food here as they have a well equipped kitchen. For those who want to see hilo night lava, they offer free tours also, but please remember to tip the staff. Normally tours like this cost $ 220 to 260 with tours companies in hilo"
The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
