"The room I was put in was next to the staff only room. All night there was banging from the door being open/closed. Room was very tidy and services were good"

"The room was basic but very clean. Only downsie was that somebody had forgotten to empy the bin in the room before I got there and I had to ask for the heating to be put on as the 1st night was very cold, it did go on late in the evening on the 2nd night so all goo, but overall nice place, spot on staff and will stay again! "

"The property was perfect for our needs and made our stay in Newcastle very comfortable.The house was immaculate and stylish, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with all of the utensils & cooking equipment we needed for our stay.The host was friendly and even put up a little Christmas tree and some decorations, which I wasn’t expecting but I did appreciate.The location was great, lots of shops and amenities within a couple of minutes walking distance. Parking was not a issue at all."

"Lovely clean bright flat with excellent amenities, was great to have a washer dryer.Clean bright rooms, lovely large bathroom.It is up fairly steep staircase to get to the rooms and 3 steep steps to kitchen so not suitable if you had mobility issues.Beds lovely and big and comfortable "
