"The hotel room was nice. There was an iron and an ironing board but no hair dryer. Which seemed odd to me as I would think a hair dryer is used more than an ironing board. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and the room had blackout curtains, which was very appreciated. There were very few plug sockets though. No on site parking but there's a parking place across the road that does 24hr parking for £14 a day or £11 a day with discount provided by the hotel."

But what they lacked in that department, they made up for in service I was treated like royalty from all of the staff, cleaning staff were more than obliging to me, the bar/breakfast staff have perfected the balance between being pleasant and giving u space. What I liked the most was watching the relationships the staff have with each other, showing that they enjoyed their work. I was close to 10am for my breakfast and they gave me a chance to see if what was left was worth paying for. It was beautiful and I was granted the same service offering coffee top ups for the duration. I've only taken one star due to the steps which unfortunately cannot be changed. "
