"Hotel baru yang bagus. Meskipun baru saja grand opening, sepertinya belum semuanya siap. Seperti beberapa tempat masih proses pembangunan. Lantai kamar, handle pintu, meja masih berdebu. Tapi saya yakin 1 atau 2 bulan lagi akan menjadi hotel yang sangat bagus dan bersih"

The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price. The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. "building and properties already old, cleanliness was not good either. but what i most disappointed was the service of the staff, i booked for package included pick up service but there's no confirmation at all an when I already arrived at station at midnight they said they can not pick up because its already very late, so what's the point they give this package right!! and they said breakfast is 6-10 AM, but when I went to restaurant at 9 AM, the food almost gone and they didn't refilled it,...

"Saya menginap di Hotel Bintang Solo dalam acara Wisuda di UNS, kondisi hotel kurang terawat, kelihatan sudah lama, tempat tidur, kasur, sprei kurang bersih, shower seadanya air muncrat kemana2 walaupun untuk air lumayan bersih, handuk sangat kumal terpaksa dipakai karena tidak bawa serep..nilai lebihnya ada pada lokasinya, sangat dekat dengan kampus sehingga tidak terburu2 untuk mendatangi acara ..."
