Farmstay in Greater Dandenong City

"Great hotel in a great location. Close to good shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Nice to have coin laundry on site as well as a nice lap pool. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Airconditioner far too noisy. Toiletbrush needs attention. Fan above shower vent also needs attention. Realise that this is something where cleaningpersonal do not necessarily have time set aside to do. Ongoing quality inspections should pick this up. "

"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"Yes, the room was spotless; looking fresh and new. Spacious and well equipped; huge TV and comfortable bed with smooth sheets. In fact, the whole hotel took the appearance of somewhere normally priced well above what I paid. Lastly, the hotel staff had the courtesy and initiative to call me.afyer I had left a phone charger in the room; which I was able to collect."
