Its location is so convenient to southern cross station & the CBD. Love that the Flagstaff Gardens are just there. Loved the spacious room, the crisp linen, the large plush pillows & the blackout curtains. The decor colour and style was cosy & comfortable too. The modern and practical bathroom & storage areas were great too. Along with welcoming staff on arrival, the overall experience was impressive. Thank you

This hotel exceeded expectations, especially considering it had only been open for six weeks at the time of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the overall design and aesthetics were impressive, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. The bar and buffet offerings were also of a very high standard. I would gladly return in the future.

The hotel stuff were exceptionally amazing!!! Ww arrived to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday and they upgraded our room, brought a nice complementary cake and greet us in the most kind way. The day after, a surprise delivery came and even though they weren't suppose to do it, the gentleman at the desk, fixed it into our room and organized our balloons amazingly nice for the bday. This is what I call a great and most professional hospitality service!!!, thank you so much!!!

Everything was excellent! I stayed on the 11th floor and the city view was absolutely beautiful—I loved it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely prefer staying here rather than in the busy city center. The location in West Melbourne was also quite affordable, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! 😊

The hotel itself is in a really good location. We spent 3 nights there and found we were walking distance from everything. The staff are so amazing and helpful , there's always someone at the reception desk. Amenities are lacking, the gym didn't really have much equipment. There's no sauna or pool. The bar is beautiful and happy hour is a bonus. The rooms are clean but we had hairs all over the bathroom floor aswell as carpet when we checked in. It's the simple toughest in a hotel , such as robes and slippers that make a difference that this hotel lacked.

Nice and new. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly in the bar & restaurant. Excellent food. Our room was small for 4 people & we had to ask for the correct number of towels, but beds were comfortable & it had everything we needed. The hotel has only just opened. Would definitely stay again

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay, so I want to give them credit for their excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by what happened after housekeeping serviced my room. After I returned home, I discovered that two of my silver rings were missing. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked them to investigate, but I was simply told that nothing had been found and no responsibility was taken. Losing personal belongings is upsetting enough, but the lack of accountability made the experience even more disappointing. I strongly recommend that future guests keep all valuables with them or locked in the room safe, as I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights with my partner. Unfortunately, the air conditioning kept turning on and off and eventually stopped working completely showing an error on the screen. We later learned the entire floor had lost AC. Without any cooling or ventilation my partner struggled to breathe and developed a severe fever, which left him really ill. We complained and were moved to a room on the 10th floor (originally on the 5th floor.) We hoped this would be an upgrade and some compensation for having to move all our belongings and for my boyfriend getting sick, but the new room was actually smaller, had a worse view and was missing several amenities. We had also booked an extra night due to our late 11pm flight. To make matters worse, after our stay we received an email saying they had over refunded us by mistake and would be recharging our card AUD 166 (AUD 83 × 2) to correct it. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, the room was fairly clean and the lobby was beautiful with a lovely scent and great aesthetic. Unfortunately, the AC failure, the downgrade in room quality and the refund issues left us with a pretty bad experience overall.
