"Unique renovated mid-century motel with inspiring decor and a garden courtyard worthy of meditation. Breakfast included locally sourced granola, yogurt and coffee. Located in an artsy neighborhood with really nice parks in walking distance. I recommend the restaurant across the street for breakast or lunch. If you want a walk or run, the Santa Rosa river trail is 2 blocks away. Only drawback is you need to use overflow parking when they are busy, but it is free."

"My ground floor room had one privacy glass window that I could not see out of making it feel a little cave-like. I was only staying for one night, otherwise I would have asked to be moved. This is a classic place that shows its age. The bathroom and shower could use a deep cleaning. I did enjoy the natural spring water hot tub which was large enough for many people. "It’s my third time in last year staying here. It’s clean and comfortable. Plus a perfect location. They seem like they might have new owners and I don’t like the early check in fee. If the hotel is 90% empty just let your guests check in if the room is ready and it’s only a couple hours before check in. "
