"Very historic, Art Deco hotel with extensive history of Hollywood heydays. Definitely must appreciate the nostalgic interior and architecture.
Above all, the staff was impeccable! Everyone had a smile, friendly, welcoming and attentive.
I left an item in my room, I called and it was promptly found. A link to file a lost report was sent immediately and my one additional phone call with an amazing staff member had my item returned asap! "
"Staff was awesome, helpful and welcoming. Decor was great. We worried that this would be a concept hotel, where the look matters more than the guest experience. But besides light switches that require a tutorial to operate, everything was grand."
"Safest, cleanest, and best views of any hotel in this area. I have been here numerous times, the bedroom suite is unmatched. My favorite hotel in all of Los Angeles.
Only had 1 bad experience (room was sold out after I booked online) but over a dozen good experiences. "
"The hotel was great. Super clean, great location, excellent staff, good food . The only problem was the paper thin walls . And of course I was lucky enough to have neighbors that blasted a speaker starting at 4:45am until 7am. Obviously anyone can hear a speaker blasting through the walls but earlier in the day you could even hear people coughing through the walls lol .. but other than that everything about this place was great !
