"The Ritz is a great property and the location could not be better. The unit is nice and well appointed. However, it is advertised as having a washer dryer. If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated...

The housing situation is great for multiple people and the shuttles that run every 30 minutes make it super easy to commute between Streamside, Lionshead, and Vail Village.
