"The manor was very lovely and quaint. The room was small but well equipped and very clean. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Continental breakfast and use of a full kitchen. Staff were lovely. The place was very quiet and would recommend it, the place had only 8 rooms."

"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel "

"Forgot to register for late checkin but staff called to arrange it. Room was clean. Handy location convenient to Woolworths and other shops on Sandy Bay Road."

"The breakfast was excellent and the owner very flexible willing to provide it early. The facilities are well kept except missing some details like towel racks in the shared bathroom. The towels themselves need to be upgraded. Overall It’s still good value for the money."
