The staff were extremely responsive, corresponding with us to allow for an afterhours checkin with ease. The room was neat and tidy and as per photos. The area was walkable with amenities and cafes in abundance. Would recommend to anyone using this as a base travelling Hobart

Very well presented room, spacious with huge bathroom including a bath and some goodies offered. Only reason not 5 stars is because housekeeping missed areas of dust and a few other things not quite right with the room, ie light switch broken, noisy bathroom fan and one electric blanket control did not work. Very nice breakfast, but we are not fans of 'en famille' dining.

We stayed in the Waratah cottage. So beautiful inside and out. Beautifully furnished. Very cosy and comfortable. Lovely little touches. A very enjoyable stay. Bonus was a beautiful walk in robe/ dressing room to unpack all your luggage without all the clutter in your room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rivulet, Sandy Bay. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and close enough to drive to Battery Point and Salamanca. The Corinna room and bathroom are beautifully designed and furnished. The continental breakfast was sensational!
