really helpful staff- from reception with early check-in (we had 3 very tired young kids needing rest) to late checkout when our flight was cancelled. The concierge helped with booking taxis and organising our bags which was appreciated. great location and nice facilities. very happy, will be back again

Our room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. We feel safe. The airport transport has been easy coz the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. Staff are very helpful with my enquiries.
