Staff were very helpful and knowledgable of Tasmania as a whole. Hotel is absolutely amazing and truely was a pleasure to stay at. Beautiful harbour views and clean, lovely rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff amazing, they could not be more helpful and courteou. Our room was excellent, large, comfortable and very clean. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.
