"Wer das Flair eines rustikalen Hausbootes zu schĂ€tzen weiß ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren fĂŒr zwei Tage anlĂ€sslich des Geburtstages meines Sohnes hier um Straßburg zu besuchen. Das Schiff ist wunderbar gelegen an einem kleinen Kanal, man kann hier die Ruhe genießen, frĂŒh morgens zwitschern die Vögel und der Kuckuck ruft. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit direkt vor dem Boot eine Fahrradtour zu machen, zu joggen oder einfach spazieren zu gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen mit dem Auto 5 Minuten...

(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch.
