Composed of living area with equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms, one single and one double. A stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Fortezza da Basso. Close to the main places of interest such as the Duomo and the San Lorenzo Market. Wifi connection and washing machine. Without a lift, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
