The customer service at The Peppers is incredible. Highly recommend this resort. The bed was incredibly comfy. The furniture in the room however is a little dated. All in all, great resort.
The view from our room is beautiful. Room is spacious and well designed. Check in was polite, but I didn’t get my welcome wine and the receptionist didn’t mention I get late check out to 11am as Expedia vip customer. Check out was smooth and made me felt really welcomed.
Nice location. Beautiful reception and friendly staff. Difficult to find the pool despite having a map. Disappointed with the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, face washes not replaced despite being on the floor.
