"Exceptional experience at Sheraton Fiji Resort Our family had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Fiji Resort while celebrating our daughter’s birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The quality and variety of both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The meals were well presented, delicious, and truly enhanced our stay. During our visit, our daughter unfortunately experienced itchy bites late at night. The security team responded promptly and assisted us in transporting her to a medical facility. Their professionalism and support during a stressful situation were greatly appreciated. We would like to sincerely thank Ora, the Front Desk Manager, and Anna, the Duty Manager, for their exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail. They accommodated our request for a room change and ensured our comfort throughout the remainder of our stay. Although there was a minor issue involving one staff member, management addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained positive. The surprise birthday cake delivered to our daughter at 11:30 pm was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, the level of service we received was outstanding — 10 out of 10 for the staff. We felt genuinely valued as guests and would highly recommend Sheraton Fiji Resort to anyone visiting Fiji. Thank you for making our family’s stay truly memorable."

"This resort is very nice, with more additions coming, the staff is exceptional, great spa, lovely for kids and grandkids, close to airport, tour operator desk very helpful, food exceptional, very clean grounds. the only down side is the beach, walkable depending on the tides, but have to watch for broken glass."
