"The place, the staff and the food are all amazing. The people at Malolo are truly caring people. They wake up everyday and make sure you are enjoying your time. The spa is absolutely amazing. We want to come back because 10 days felt like it wasn’t enough time. Thank you Malolo again. Vinaka Vaka Levu"

"Musket Cove offers something for everyone, with a large property, well appointed amenities, excellent dining options & very good service & staff. Lithey is our favorite hostess at the main restaurant-always smiling,attentive and caring. The Resort has an interesting casual mix of yachties and resort guests across the friendly grounds. The Island Bar is a fun option to explore. We went on a snorkeling/island hop excursion, as well as Cloud 9 afternoon trip. In mornings we did our own power walks around the island and standup paddle board sessions across the lagoons. The Makare spa session with massages was very peaceful and good treatments. Stayed in the beach front bures, last year stayed in the lagoon villas. Both are great choices."

"This is a very quiet and peaceful property, a refreshing change from the larger, busier resorts. With no phones or televisions in the rooms, it truly feels like a tropical paradise where you can completely disconnect and relax. The beachfront rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The beach is fantastic—clean, serene, and rarely crowded. Most of the time, it feels like you have the entire beach to yourself. The only area that could use some improvement is the food. While it is satisfactory, it doesn't quite match the high standard set by the accommodations, service, and overall atmosphere of the property. That said, the peaceful setting and outstanding hospitality make this a wonderful place to stay."

"Sadly this beautiful island and wonderful staff have become victims of hierarchy neglect! Where clearly any money does not go back into the property, which is a real shame as could be a magical place. Loved the turtle nursery, large rooms and views... but the lack of supplies, cost of essentials, run down facilities and bed bugs became the unfortunate memory makers in our group 😪"

"We had a very nice experience. I read 1 star reviews and was a little surprised. I honestly think it comes down to preferences and perception. I do agree, this is not a 5 star resort. However, this is a lovely property with friendly service that is always available. We also really enjoyed the food, contrary to the negative reviews. The rooms were also comfortable and clean."

"Last year, I booked to go back before I left the Island. This place is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the pool is beautiful, the beach is lovely. Snorkelling was great off the beach, the Hobie cat boats were fun, kayaking great. The snorkel to Taverua is a must to see the Turtles. The rooms are a great size and well kept. Linen is nice and fresh white. The couples massage was ahhh-mazing. This was our second visit and I can’t fault it."

"This resort is very child friendly. BUT if you are traveling without kids I would not recommend it. I felt that it exclusively caters to families with kids. There was a lot of kids. Nightly events were always catered to kids only. They offer good deals to families with kids so I see why there were so many kids. Me and my wife were the only ones there without children. All their pools were always full of kids being kids so we never used any of their pools. We like doing excursions on trips and from this resort their excursions are very limited and only on certain days. Besides that staff was friendly, and the beach was ok. The food could use some improvement. I’m not a picky eater but my wife did not like it."
