We did enjoy our time here, but the biggest issue was the Bure behind ours burnt down (like to the ground) and we weren’t checked on. Smoke came through our room and that woke us up. We ended up outside for most of the night with our one year old daughter and got told to go back to our room before someone moved us for the night. We weren’t offered a refund for the night we missed, we weren’t offered any resort credit for the issue, and the one that got me was that others were upgraded for the inconvenience, when we weren’t even talked to. Our clothes that were outside have smoke damage, so those needed to go in the bin and it really marred our stay. I would have loved an apology at the very least, but it wasn’t to be despite me bringing it up on numerous occasions. Also a note, the special deal mentioned on Expedia re: transfers were also not recognised and it took me emailing Expedia to get it sorted.
