"Great view of the mountain, clean, spacious"

"Ocean was visible from room. Was nice and clean. Very decent size. Good amenities. Down side was they only made the room up once and just made the bed (no linen change) and gave new towels. At no point did they replenish the coffee and there were only 3 Nespresso pods to begin with. The hotel didn’t seem particularly busy so this was a bit disappointing. "

"Room wasn’t ready on time. Lift doors jammed multiple times. Parking was shocking and non existent. There was mould on the bed sheets. "

"customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!"

"Great location close to lots of restaurants and shops and a 4 minute walk to the beach the room was amazing with ocean views will be back again "

"It was only for one night, so it was a nice stay. Staff at reception were great. Only isssue I had, is the two beds rolled together. Especially as this time one mattress was higher than the other."
