"When we first pulled up to the house we thought what the heck it’s a tiny little place cramped between two other houses but then you get through the gate and the house is set further back with lots of greenery, the verandas are amazing and spacious with a family area set at the front that actually feels like you are in a tree house. Nothing negative so say about this house. Would have been handy for a tv on the bottom floor for the kids, other then that loved it, we didn’t want to leave the house. "

"Evans Head just large enough to have the essentials, small enough not to be a hustle and bustle.Unit was just far enough out of town for a enjoyable walk along the beach, shop for supplies, coffee and pies and a stroll home.Lovel walks along Airforce Beach morning and evening.Sitting back on the balcony enjoying the latest book."

"Good space for the 5 of us with the 3 bedrooms, the patio is convenient. Needs a good spring clean though, cob web and dust in corners, under beds and bathroom exhaust. Good range of kitchen equipments but non stick pans need replacing. Great location and quite area. Overall fine for the price but a deep spring clean, replacing fly screen on sliding door and an upholstery clean of the arm chairs and a fresh coat of paint maybe is needed to meet it the “stylish” title it claim to be. "

"Excellent house, all rooms well fitted out. Very enjoyable stay . A couple of minor things that would improve the stay. The owner should consider a new couch, very difficult for all folks like me to get up. A very minor thing, could not find an oven glove, there maybe be one in the kitchen , but I could not find it.But a great place to stay."

"The unit is in a great location, quiet and opposite the beach. It looks very nice, well furnished and decorated but it is let down by lack of attention to detail: Apparently the letting agent, Elders, was supposed to give us a Starter Pack of basics when we collected the key. Yhat didn’t happen, so went went shopping for toilet paper, detergent, soap, dish cloth, and washing powder, all of which were in the Stater pack we received 2 days later! Besides all that, the salt and pepper shakers are empty, there were no details Rd wifi or password, the security doors didn’t lock,kitchen floor was greasy as was the filthy bbq which didn’t work anyway(we found a gas lighter in the kitchen eventually but , of course, that didn’t work either). The kitchen had virtually no bench space or storage, the laundry tap ran constantly, one tv didn’t have a remote and the other wasn’t connected to aerial. I could go on, but in summary, dubious maintenance and poor attention to detail. Stayz promotes their properties as better than other booking agencies, but this place proved to be just the opposite."
