"The room and staff were great, location is great though may not be great for anyone with limited mobility as it’s on quite a steep hill and a few steps. Breakfast was great and appreciated the local touches. Would stay again."

"To stay here is to be reminded of what a five-star hotel is intended to be: spacious rooms, soothing ambience, efficient, cheerful service, and an excellent restaurant. Its setting away from the downtown allows for views out of the rooms which feel like you’re in the country. The price of this location is that it takes a little longer to get to some of the main sights of the city, but this is a small price to pay for what you get in return. Highly recommended."

"The best hotel we had during our stay in Lisbon. Jardim da Lapa was lovely and an oasis! The staff were really welcoming. The room was clean, ecofriendly and comfortable. The breakfast was above our expectations. We would comeback and stay longer! "
