"Good central location, although it can be noisy on Friday/Saturday nights due to a bar close-by and loud cars. The apartment had nice view of the hinterland but was quite outdated. Would have been nice to have the beds made up in the living room upon arrival as opposed to us having to do this. Cleanliness was also average. Size of the apartment was good. All and all it was ok. "

"Our stay could not have been more perfect at this truly 5 star hotel. The staff were more than amazing and accommodating. I love that I received texts if I had any requests so that I didn’t have to wait in lines at reception. I highly recommend and ocean view room. Location is close to everything and area is safe. Highly recommend this hotel if wanting to stay in Surfers close to the nightlife, beach, eateries and entertainment"

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "

"Overall good experience. Concierge desk was there, however never attended. Our room was a King room, but in reality it was 2 single beds pushed together... Also, since when do guests bring their luggages to the hotel room and not the porter? Where is concierge?"

"The pool & location are the only good thing about this apartment. The apartment is old & unloved, everything is neglected from the curtains to the air vents. Bath is chipped, dishwasher was full of dirty water. WIR full of junk. Bedroom had ants. Air vents were filthy. We had no aircon at all the first night, it was hot as hell and hard to sleep. I had to ring the rental agent 3 times before maintenance was called. Just book elsewhere & save yourself alot of trouble!"
