There was only one person sitting on the bench, and he started going to his room.It is highly unlikely that one person could fill up your room with enough smoke to trigger your smoke alarm.I am sorry, but you did not mention anything about the smoke alarm in your email.Our commitment to excellent customer service means that we respond quickly and efficiently to any guest inquiries or concerns, while also complying with all applicable laws and regulations.Finally, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Dear customer, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We clean the pool every day, but because this is the outdoor pool and close to trees, there would be some leaves. Spa works, we need to switch it on manually. If you let the reception know we should have turned on. We are in the process of changing beds. Once again apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Mark, Sorry for the inconvenience. We inform all the customers who book upstairs rooms that the room is upstairs because most customers do not realize it is an upstairs room. We give the option to upgrade to downstairs with extra charge. You can also see the patio room option on the website. There were a couple of windy days. I agree that the pool was untidy and we apologize for the inconvenience.
