Unfortunately there was no thought put into design when building/fitting out the Therese Apartments. The outside light shines straight into the bathroom shower through a huge panel of frosted glass above the shower which in itself is okay, but you have to close the bathroom door as it shines (like daylight) onto the bed. The air conditioning unit is also right over the bed. The bed is really firm & the linen is aged. The bin had not been emptied prior to my stay & was extremely smelly. The Wifi was hard to connect to (had to stand on verandah to get reception) but did work in room once I was connected. I thought a nice cuppa prior to bed to find I had to ask in reception for milk (not offered at check-in. The only positive was the breakfasts at The Gateway. The meals were excellent quality/quantity, coffee fabulous & service great. However on the first morning I did have a live cockroach on my table. In all I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Everything is close to this place. Woolworth is just across the road, so was my bank. There's a KFC too or a tavern if you want proper food. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The bathroom is brand new, modern. It was annoverall good experience. The receptionist lady is super friendly, her dog Millie is cute.

Trouble with my booking, Given a room though Aircon faculty Lightscno working in bathrooms Bed like a board !! Positive was the restaurant was great Wouldn't stay again
