"Clean room, choice of pillows. Coffee maker and milk in the refrigerator was appreciated. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Thea in the bar/restaurant! She is delightful! Easy to walk to harbor,etc. Breakfast was amazing!!!!"

"I paid for an Elite King room and I got a room overlooking the side of the building where the grid and utilities are. I would think for an uncharge, I would not get a room with zero view. I traveled all the way from America to stay there, so it was depressing to open the drapes and see that everyday. I should not have pay for a premium room to get that view."

"Holiday Inn is in the City Centre and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and good."

"Nice stopover stay. Nice rooms and facilities. Only complaint is we booked shuttle with desk three times before it was actually put into system. When we asked to change our initial.time we were told no booking after we watched them enter it. This happened twice? As we checked next morning and told again no booking..."
