"Asked for room to be cleaned and offered to pay. Had to check in multiple times for it to be done. I have been here a week and not one cleaning. Offered to pay for the cleaning and was told to wait until 7 days. Ok… 8th day arrived and they will “see what they can do.” Literally a lovely place, the cafe staff are amazing. I would love to get a room cleaned per my request even if I have to be charged. Instead it was an awkward debate "

"Room had past guest dirty socks, old contact lens case, missing towels. Staff made us wait for our room, however was providing rooms to others that arrived after us. Bar staff was very helpful with helpful celebrating my sons 18th birthday. "

"Breakfast not as good as previous visits, much less choice and lower quality than previous visits ie no healthy cereal option such as bran flakes/ fruit n fibre/muesli, only two sweet bakery options, no mixed berry prepped fruit fur yoghurt etc. Room clean, but dated and at double the price of a more spacious, comfortable, modern Premier Inn room. Stand friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located for local amenities and good transport links "
