"Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. "Does what it ssys on the tin. Situated on A1M northbound at Washington services it was a perfect base for our 4 day visit to the northeast. No cafe bar on site but costa, greggs, and burgar king on site. "
