Great staff, so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, comfy room. The room was just quite hot and can only open window a fraction due to safety reasons (totally understandable) but no fan provided. Would happily stay here again though.

Absolutely lovely overnight stay. Room felt spacious, was very clean and comfortable. From checking in to leaving the staff were welcoming and exceptionally polite. Breakfast offered a good choice and the staff provided excellent service.

Main issue was the room though, I'd stayed at this hotel some years ago and chose it as i had an impression they were a bit nicer - somewhat of a treat. I won't stay again though, the room was tired, decorated poorly (the paint was sorta splashed outside the lines in bathroom, very weird

Decent hotel in Darlington

Decent hotel in Darlington, although the gym is not on-site and this isn't very clear when booking. Could probably do with some updating, my room felt a little bit dated - but was comfortable. Car-park was a good size and I was able to park ons-it no problem.
