"Check in was smooth. We opted for valet parking, which was so nice considering the cold temps and wind. Busboys were courteous and pleasant to speak with. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and dinner at Edison’s. Great food considering the cost. Our room didn’t have a microwave, which I would have thought standard, but they brought one when requested. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Amenities were great. "

"We stayed here for our first time in Asheville and it was great! The room was nice & clean. The bed was amazing along with the sheets/pillows. We had a nice decent view. Overall amazing! We would definitely pick this hotel again! Let me not forget the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash-smelled great. The only thing that’s a bummer is the pay to park. We paid $25 which is not noted when reserving a room. It should be something they mention. Who wants to pay parking when renting a hotel. Last minute charge but overall great stay. "

"Rooms were great, location didnt matter, price was good. Only complaint is it's wood frame building and you hear every step from guest on floor above. Sounded like a dance was going on in the morning. So either request the top floor or hope the room above you is vacant or they sleep in. "
