The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm

Room was clean , well supplied with towels and soap. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked about different things. Breakfast was ok a little limited but was ok , bread products need to be better but the eggs and biscuits were spot on. Choices of beverages are good overall tgey did a very nice job with it including the presentation.

The room was clean with plenty of room. We were able to have good climate control with the AC. The only complaint was the breakfast area. It needed more space to navigate around the service area. Also, the staff didn't keep a close watch on food items, so had to ask repeatedly for items that ran out. Parking was rather limited with the number of guests, but some spaces were actually under a shelter. Overall, a decent place to stay.

We spent 3 nights at the Brookstone while relocating to Asheville. The hotel was in a very convenient location! The staff, especially Sharma, were friendly and helpful! Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was pretty good, although I would recommend more fruit! We were very happy with our decision to stay there. Highly recommend!!

Great location and good breakfast. Room could use some maintenance. The bath mat for inside shower needs to be replaced. The shower door wouldn't close kept opening up. Bed frame was rusty. It was a good value though. Samori at the front desk was very helpful to me.
