Great location. We had a view of the Piazza below and the Palace opposite. Lovely staff. The suite was opulent and spacious. Huge marble bathroom with roomy separate shower and spa bath. Loved our stay.

Wow, what an awesome and authentic experience. The hotel Antica Torre Di via Tornabuoni 1 was the most romantic and relaxing stay of our holiday. From the initial booking to the hotel stay it was perfect. The rooftop terrace and the wonderful staff serving, the hotel advice re restaurant bookings and things to see was outstanding and delivered in such a friendly manner. We can’t wait to return, we loved every moment of our stay. Congratulations on such a beautiful hotel, we could not fault you...

We had an amazing stay during our honeymoon. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, the room was amazing and the layout of the villa makes you feel like you are truly in Florence. Didn't want to leave and recommend it to everyone

Beautiful room decor, with the room and bathroom spotlessly clean and very comfortable and pleasing.
The location was excellent, close to the train station, right on the Santa Maria Novella Piazza, and, an easy walk to almost everything.
The breakfast buffet was beautiful: the staff attentiveness, the food, and the view of the Santa Maria Novella Piazza and Bascilica. The breakfast food and drink was exceptional: with the range and quality available. Full credit to the wait and kitchen...

We had an amazing room overlooking the Piazza. There was some noise from the activities going on till midnight which might bother young families but as a family of four with slightly older kids we loved everything about it. It had such a great atmosphere, staff were friendly and breakfast each day was great. I definitely stay again if we're ever back in Florence.

nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable, modern interior. the hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious, the rooftop pool was unfortunately closed (during winter) but the views from the top are excellent.

This was a last minute booking and I didn’t have much time there due to an early morning flight. But the service was excellent, room clean and had all the amenities needed. Rooftop bar was a bonus with great views and of course an Aperativo. Would def recommend

From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome and start with advice. The hotel is fresh, stylish and in a great location literally around the corner from the Duomo. Enjoy!!

Great location 20 meters from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful providing us with heaps of details about Florence. The room was amazing, marble everywhere, kitchen, dining table and lounge. Only downside was the bedroom window was next to a side street and was loud early in the morning.

A beautiful, elegant building, so close to the Duomo. Also, a peaceful haven. I felt like royalty staying here and this is where I shall always stay when in Florence.

This hotel exudes character and nostalgia. A beautiful villa surrounded by landscaped gardens, loggias and vistas over Florence.
Our garden room with a light-filled glass atrium was a perfect retreat that we did not want to leave.
Would love to return...

We absolutely loved having a pool which had lovely surrounds and camping vistas of the manicured grounds. The courtesy shuttle was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here as it is about 15-20 mins drive from the centre of Florence. We would absolutely stay at Villa La Massa again if we visit Florence.

FANTASTIC !!! Stayed at this hotel more than ten years ago and found it run down, very aged and room extremely small and noisy on Via del Corso. What an explosion of style and magnificence with the total remake in 2009/2012. Three years of severe restoring have turned this hotel into an unbelievable PALACE.
I could never have imagined that this would be the best hotel in my 28 days in Italy this year. I have been to 11 hotels in 8 cities and this is deservedly the most magnificent part of my...
