"1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. The owner had his phone switched off so I was unable to get any assistance. Had a cab dropped me from the airport I would have been utterly stranded but a friend loaned me his car. "The property is close to the beach, it has a nice pool, we were staying at the second floor with view from the bedrooms over westcoast highway. Our client expected to watch Big bang theory, we couldn't set up our Netflix, the TV had only dtv. The apartment is close to a variety of shops and facilities to visit "
