Terrible customer service when checking in as I had dramas getting a baby cot a organised previously. Also has an issue with a bedroom that had an extra door in room that was letting noises in. Elizabeth the property manager was great to deal with and helped as much as she could once she knew about my issues with checking in and the room noises which was great. For the price I wouldn't go again because value for money was not greatest.

Couple getaway.
Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The smell from corridor outside the apartment was discussing, which you could sometimes smell inside the apartment. Paid extra for ocean or city veiw and got neither. Apart from that everything was ok.
