"We had an amazing stay at the house! The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. House had a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nicole was attentive and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth. The location was quiet, 5mim walk to local shops. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!"

"We have stayed in this house twice now and we would stay here again in the future. It is a sanctuary, when in the backyard it feels like you're in the bush, not in the city. And there are many different types of birds in the trees. The house is large and comfortable, the beds are comfy and the air con works great. It is a decent walk to the beach which we loved, we walked it every day. The host is lovely and responsive, too."

"We loved our stay in Perth and a big reason for it was this Villa! The pictures are very accurate - lovely spacious rooms, living space, kitchen, and pool. Check in was easy and the villa was very clean. Maggie was very responsive to any questions we had, which eased a lot of our anxiety. The villa is very well located to enjoy all Perth has to offer. We were never too far from any of our activities! The Villa is also located close to major city bus stops if you aren’t able to drive. It was nice to come home to a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood after a busy day, with shopping centres closely located. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend!! "

"It was perfect for me. The lower floor apartment meant the traffic on the busy road in front of the resort was distracting, but I still saw the dunes behind the road and beautiful sunsets. It was also only 15-20 minutes walk from Hillarys which has plent of eating options and the ferry to Rottnest Island."

"Pillows awfull smell... I Had d to Put a towel on it, so I can sleep in this bed. Shower old, soap dish broken, water jet shower hardly any water.Silicon dirty...Closing door loud...The worst accommidation in my life. "
