"Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying...

"The property was 1st class n the staff was great, especially evan at front desk who made sure we felt comfortable each n every day. Always asked us if we needed anything. Showed us the grab app which made our getting around so easy. He was absolutely top notch. More hotels need more staff members like him. Ken n marie woo"

"The good: Staff, breakfast, pools, beach access, ornate and stylish decor. The less good: It's a little remote. There is not much within walking distance, unless you like giant open-air seafood restaurants, of which there are many, but their reviews aren't so good. The food at the hotel restaurants is excellent however. If you want a lazy getaway where you lounge by the pool, go to the beach club, and eat in the hotel, this is perfect. If you want a little more variety, then accept taking taxis...
