"The digital key system was a disaster. It randomly worked or did not, including in the middle of the night. We were not able to check in until exactly three o'clock, and no early check-in was available. It needed a fan upstairs . A nice place but communication and lack of on-site help really brought things down."

"Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the bridges in South Isensferrt was absolutely lovely. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great.
Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond kindly. Her tone came off as unnecessarily sharp, especially when speaking with my husband.
Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning."
