The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and matched the photos used to advertise the space. The location was central to most attractions. Overall, an amazing stay- I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The Grosvenor suite was very spacious, the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. However, It would not have worked for 2 people. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice at least in a common area. Otherwise everything was top notch. Ryan's pub nearby was fantastic!

Beautiful boutique accommodations. Must ensure that check in code is sent—Expedia was not helpful with this but the hotel’s phone line was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Eleven Stafford is a beautiful building and the Glencairn room is fabulous. It is in a great location for restaurants and visiting different sites of interest in the city.

The room was very clean and included all amenities needed. The room is “snug” but again all I needed for a one night stay for one. It’s a shame someone prior had damaged the carpet. The property is in an excellent location. Access worked perfectly. All in all I would recommend :-)

Lovely little spot in town, each room has it's own amenities, nicely furnished and updated facilities. The only thing I would have loved is a mini-fridge but otherwise super nice.
