"Had a great stay, all staff most helpful and courteous, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows, food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Only negative point was there was no room care during our two night stay, I presume just an oversight but it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Looking forward to staying again. "

"This accommodation was great, but what made it fantastic we’re the hosts, Karen and Jeff! They were very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs.
The breakfasts were delicious!
Would definitely recommend this B&B to others."

"The room and property are absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The staff are friendly and polite but there's not much in the way of service. I would definitely come back though when I return to Edinburgh "

"Our host was very welcoming, the room was very comfortable with everything we needed and the house and furnishings full of character in keeping with it's age. Breakfast was excellent."
