The staff we very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable and included breakfast. Room was very clean however the previous guest must have been smoking in the room and there was a smell of stale smoke hence the lower mark for cleanliness. This is not the fault of the hotel as the room was clean and window was open but it was too cold and we had to close it and then we could smell it more. We were only here for one night so made the staff aware on check out. Front desk apologised but as mentioned it wasn’t the hotels fault but at least they could maybe spray some deodoriser for the next guests.
