The hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast didn’t have veggie substitutes like veggie sausages, but there were a lot of other options (Pastries, fruit, eggs, beans etc). Parking was very expensive @£14 per day. Disabled parking is limited. Dinner was ok… but you could tell it was a microwave job. Would stay here again, but go out for dinner and park locally instead of using the hotel car park.

Hotel & room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We had breakfast in the hotel and the food was fresh - hot & plentiful. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Room was clean with great view of the quays but a bit tired wallpaper peeling at seams and bed not the most comfortable and the heater was so noisy the only way to turn it off was taking the key card out!
