Rather disappointing
The downstairs of this hotel is lovely but the rooms do not reflect the quality of the decor downstairs. Threadbare carpets, dirty, plastic aeroplane style bathroom. No masks worn in public spaces and all staff wearing exempt badges. I bought cleaning products and cleaned the room myself to ensure COVID safe as they seem to have a rather lackadaisical approach to the pandemic.
