"This hotel is a bit far from the airport. However, if you want to just rest, like we did, and then head on in to Edinburgh, it’s fine. We just took the bus, which stops very close to hotel and then went into town then got on the train at Waverly. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Town is just down the hill , walkable if you want to have dinner out. But restaurant there is good and convenient."

"This is a very nice hotel for a pre or post flight stay. Only 2 miles from the airport. Very clean, good breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is no airport shuttle, but there is a dedicated phone in the lobby to arrange a taxi which arrived a bit early even! I felt the taxi ride was high for the distance. But that is not the problem of the hotel. There might be a better solution such as uber."
