"Room was adequate..bed comfy. Restraunt sent desert by room service. Food arrived uncovered.Complained to delivery person who shrugged and walked off. Mentiined to reception on checking out who was going to pass it on. Buffet breakfast would have been great if food on display was hot not cold..ie bacon..tomatos"

"We had requested a specific area for our room as we stay at this property often and my wife struggles with walking with her cane. This was stated in the booking but upon arrival to check in we had been allocated a room furthest from lifts, car parks breakfast and pool access. We were advised by check in staff there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. The manger over heard this and went through all the bookings and re checked us in to a more suitable access room for my wife. We would like to thank him for going out of his way to help us out. The room was in a helpful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Peppers Salt as usual. Room was clean, breakfast great and pool amazing. We will definitely be back again"

"Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout."
