Quiet, comfortable

Early check in wasn’t possible so a few of us were waiting in the lobby.

....

The property is well located, close to transport and clean. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Price was good and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Westciti Caroco Aparthotel was a quick Uber from east Croydon station to take a train to Gatwick (15mins). The Aparthotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, helping me with my luggage and making sure I had all I needed. The rooms were very clean and modern and included all the amenities mentioned. Loved the breakfast rooms and used both the laundry facilities and gym. Convenient and easy stay.

Great location - good service Very very helpful staff

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was OK except for a leaking air conditioner that wasn't fixed, even though someone had looked at it. Breakfast was OK, but the same buffet without change, was presented for the five mornings we were there. Although the hotel is in an industrial area of Croydon, our room was extremely quiet.

spacious room, close to the train station and shops awesome

The self check in was awkward but fortunately there was a very helpful staff member to assist.

The moment we booked until we left..the customer service was superior to any where else we have been..the suites were beautiful and clean. Our first stay in London was made even better thanks to your Hotel..Thank you
