"We’ve just arrived home from a one night stay and we’re very impressed with this hotel. This is a quintessential British old fashioned luxury hotel. The rooms are all individual and ours was very large with a wonderful view of Cheltenham racecourse. The oak panelled dining room, gave a feeling of grandeur without being stuffy and the food and serving staff were excellent both at dinner and breakfast. "Overall pleasant. Only one toilet provided on our three night stay for two people. Had to purchase our own until we decided to ask for more. Small gestures like these make a difference. Double bed was lopsided n very uncomfortable so lost out on decent sleep. "

"I can thoroughly recommend this beautiful historic hotel! It has been refurbished whilst keeping all these amazing features! The service is superb. The bedrooms are well equipped - little things like fresh milk in the mini fridge rather than capsules! It has a good sized car park. The breakfast Is delicious. Can’t praise it enough!"

"This was a lovely hotel, with helpful and welcoming staff. We arrived a little late as the satnav ran out of charge, and the hotel was not well signposted, even though we stopped twice for directions. It was about 2040 when we arrived and restaurant service stopped at 2100, but reception rang through to say we were on our way and we enjoyed an excellent meal, most welcome after another 4 hour drive south down the M6 and M5 in heavy traffic. "An excellent room awaited us, with a delightful bath/shower facility. A walk around Cheltenham, a lovely meal and our eyelids were drooping. We went to bed earlier than ever before - and awake fully refreshed! A delicious full breakfast was there and we were on our way recharged and ready for the day. Excellent hotel - we will be going there again."

"This is a great place to stay in Cheltenham. A short walk from most places but far enough away to be peaceful. The staff were all lovely and the room was large and airy. The dark painted walls may bother some people but we got used to it. "

"Manor house was conveniently located to visiting various areas of the Cotswolds. The grounds were immaculate. Room was comfortable and clean. The service was great, professional and they were pleasant to interact with. Food and drinks were very good too."
