"Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. However, we gave this feedback which was dealt with positively "

"At least the bedding and towels were clean. Room was too small to contain a double bed, and then one of you is clambering over the other to get in. No heating in the shower room and the towels, although clean, were well past their best and had holes in them. No option for breakfast. Definitely not worth £100 a night. "

"there isno reception, only i received instructions how to get in by text , code did not work, i been given another room where i went , room was lock and there was noone to service and give me a key, after that i received another code which wasnt work as well, i sleptin my car ,this place is a gutter"

"Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...

"The room was what I would describe as pure comfort luxury. We loved staying at the Park and my only regret was that it wasn’t for longer. One thing I would advise is booking ahead for the restaurant as we didn’t and it was booked on the Saturday evening when we arrived. "
