"The staff was absolutely amazing. When I was lost at midnight, I called Corinne and she talked me through step by step directions. The breakfast staff was absolutely incredible:friendly, fun, and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the porridge was the best I’ve ever had. If I could improve one thing, it would be that our bed was very hard, but that could be easily remedied with a pillow top mattress pad. This hotel was perfect for a stay in the Cotswolds!"
