"Stay was lovely, bit disappointed we had a sofa bed as description did not list this in a family room. Property was nice as was the room overall, bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly bar a woman we met in the hall who questioned why we heading that way when we came out of our room, she was abrupt even when she realised we were guests- bit of a strange encounter. Location is good and walkable to a decent pub or 2. "

"The location was close to the high street and conveniently accessible to nearby attractions in the Cotswolds. The house was cozy and warm, making it a great choice for a family winter getaway for a few days. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved, such as the TV remote lacking batteries (we had to purchase and replace them ourselves) and the kitchen knives being quite dull, which made them difficult to use. These small points aside, we had an enjoyable stay overall."
